MADRASAH MANAGEMENT STUDY: INTEGRATION OF CURRICULUM AND RELIGION IN IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF GRADUATES AT MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH

Abstrak

Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs). The research focuses on three main stages of management: curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique refers to the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that: (1) Curriculum planning is carried out by aligning national Learning Outcomes (CP) with local religious content; (2) Curriculum implementation integrates Islamic values into projects for strengthening the student profile (P5/PPRA) and intracurricular learning; (3) Curriculum evaluation is conducted periodically based on holistic assessments that measure both academic competencies and students' religious character. This integration has proven effective in facilitating character formation and the academic achievement of graduates.
