Sexual harassment in higher education is a serious issue that undermines academic integrity and the well-being of students. This journal explores the relationship between faculty work ethics and cases of sexual harassment in Indonesia, analyzing relevant literature, including definitions of work ethics, forms of sexual harassment, psychological and academic impacts on victims, and preventive measures taken by educational institutions. The findings indicate that violations of faculty work ethics significantly contribute to sexual harassment, resulting in psychological trauma and a decline in academic performance among victims, as well as creating distrust between students and faculty. This study also identifies efforts to eliminate sexual harassment in Indonesian higher education, such as the establishment of the Task Force for the Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence (PPKS), training on work ethics for faculty members, and the implementation of transparent and secure reporting systems. The journal emphasizes the importance of maintaining good faculty work ethics as a preventive measure and recommends further research on the long-term effects of sexual harassment and the effectiveness of prevention policies in higher education institutions.
