Abstract

This research focuses on work culture by considering the context of diversity, especially the attitude of leaders towards members who come from various religious backgrounds. In a multireligious organization, the role of leaders is crucial to creating a work environment that promotes tolerance and mutual respect between religious believers. This research explores how leaders can strengthen an inclusive work culture, not only by carrying out their role as organizational managers, but also by setting an example in respecting different beliefs. Leaders' fair and open attitude towards religious diversity is proven to have a positive effect on team performance, strengthen relationships between members, and create a harmonious and productive work atmosphere. The findings of this study highlight the importance of leaders' attitudes in maintaining harmony and respecting religious differences in a diverse workplace.
