HABIB LUTHFI DAN ANTI RADIKALISME: SEBUAH WAWASAN

Abstract

Maulana al-Habib Muhammad Luthfi bin Yahya is a scholar from Pekalongan, Central Java. He was born in Pekalongan on Monday (morning), November 10. In 1947, precisely 27 Rajab 1367 H. Born was Syarifah Nur bint Sahid Muhsin Maulan Khilah, and someone al-Habib Al-Hafizh 'Alial-Ghalib. Habib Luthfi bin Yahya really emphasized that an attitude of love for the Motherland must be pursued at all levels, be it in the school environment or education and the contribution of society as a whole, not just based on the government and certain agencies. The preaching that he delivers always invites to strengthen the feeling of love for the Motherland and especially the understanding of anti-radicalism. Anti-Radicalism is an anti-violence movement which is usually based on the principles of Pancasila which strongly opposes radicalism or movements of division between nations. By emphasizing an attitude of love for the country in every line of society and the role of ulama figures in society is very necessary, this can reduce the growing radicalism.
