Abstract

The rule of law is a principle where state power is exercised based on fair and transparent laws. Meanwhile, the Pancasila State refers to the application of Pancasila values as the basic ideology in national and state life. This research uses qualitative methods with a normative juridical approach, reviewing various literature, laws and official documents. The results of the analysis show that the application of the principles of the Rule of Law within the framework of the Pancasila State provides a solid foundation for the creation of social justice, protection of human rights and political stability. This article also discusses the challenges and efforts in realizing harmonization between these two concepts in daily government practice. By understanding the relationship between the Rule of Law and the Pancasila State, it is hoped that the implementation of laws based on the noble values of Pancasila can be strengthened.
