TAREKAT NAQSYABANDIYAH BABUSSALAM SYA’BAN RAJA GUKGUK

Abstract

The Sufi usually come from a group that doesn't have a flock, like the king's flock. Let not a Sufi even a king's palace be a small percentage of those who embrace Islam.  It is not surprising that this Sheikh is very famous because he is the only one who owns the Marca and is a Sufi who originates from northern Sumatra precisely batak toba. His name is Sheikh Ahmed Sha'ban King Guk-guk He is not only a Sufi He is a leader of persuasion and a popular Ulama in North Sumatra. In his proclamation he actively appealed to the values of collectivity and nationality. He did not differentiate between the values of custom and religious teachings, which because of such a reputation was what made him more famous.And whatever the purpose of writing this journal is to find out more in detail who is the real Sheikh Ahmed Sha'ban king of this guk guk.  In this journal we use a qualitative methodology of library study, from sharing the sources we quoted. The conclusion that the writer can take is that sheikh sya'ban king guk guk is a Sufi who is famous not only by name and his reputation that can be remembered by people because of his rare reputation even no other scholars who have the same reputation, but also his wisdom that does not mix between existing values and the teaching of religion
